Warranty
The Pots Company NV Evolis 100, B-8500 Kortrijk, Belgium, provides a guarantee for our Ecopots Collection under the following conditions: Each Ecopots planter holds a ten ( 10 ) year warranty from the time of first purchase of the product. We warrant the initial purchaser of our products that they are of quality material and workmanship, ethically produced, and free of manufacturing defects. Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may arise during normal use of our product.

Liability:

The Pots Company NV, at their sole discretion, will repair or exchange for the original purchase price of any item to be of defective materials or workmanship. The warranty service is provided in such a way that a damaged product will be replaced free of charge with an equivalent product from our product portfolio. Due to the long guarantee period, the replacement product may differ in colour, shape and size from the damaged product. The liability of The Pots Company is limited to the Ecopots product itself and is not responsible for consequential or collateral damage .

Exempt Liability:

The liability obligation does not include defects caused by vandalism, theft, modifications, accidental damage, transport damage , damage from fall, extreme forces of nature or other weather circumstances other than normal , normal decolouration caused by UV , damage caused by wrong use of cleaning chemicals, wrong use, mis use or abuse. The original purchaser needs to provide the dated invoice and pictures of the damage . Without this information, the Pots Company is not held liable for the damage.

How to use Ecopots correct:
OUTDOOR
For all outdoor use of Ecopots : remove the plug
so water is able to drain sufficiently from the planters and in winter times the Ecopots not break by frozen water in the pot
We advise to use a saucer to keep terraces clean.
INDOOR
For all indoor use of Ecopots without saucer : do NOT remove the plug .
For all indoor use of Ecopots with a saucer : remove the plug.
You can water the plant by the saucer.
We advise to use a saucer to protect the floor due to overwatering of the plan and ask advise on how and how much you need to water your plants.
When plug is removed 1 time , the Ecopots is not waterproof anymore. The Pots Company is not held liable for not being waterproof anymore.
Misuse does not cover the warranty. The Pots Company Nv is not held liable for consequential or collateral damage.

How to Clean Ecopots correct:
Always use a Ecopots repair sponge to clean an Ecopots planter. Never use chemical or corrosive products. Only use a little water or Ecopots cleaning spray. Misuse does not cover the warranty.

How to pot your plants correctly?
1. Depending on use , remove or not remove the plug
2. Fill the pot bottom with hydro granules
3. Add substrate , make sure the substrate is filled until this line (underside inner rim)
4. Never exceed the maximum weight of the planter
5. Ask your gardener or garden centre how to water your plants.
